Chromoku is a tile-placement game. It's kind of like Sudoku, in that you have to arrange the elements of an array in order to produce a mathematical outcome. Unlike Sudoku, you begin without any understanding of those mathematical rules. Also unlike Sudoku, there is more than one solution to each target score. In some ways, this game is not like Sudoku at all. Except it has a square array. 

In order to play, simply select the difficulty, and click 'generate board'. This generates a target score (which can be positive or negative, or even fractional) with at least one solution. Your goal is achieve that score exactly. 

The rules for each difficulty level are the same. If you discover what red-tiles do at difficulty 1, that rule will be the same across all games at difficulty 1. The rules for each tile change at each difficulty, but remain the same within each difficulty level.

(Don't bother 'downloading' the game, it's just screenshots. The only reason to download is to send me a little money).
